Note: Add a USD 10 processing fee for online registrations.

Full registration includes:

  1. Optional continental breakfast on Friday & Saturday;
  2. Boxed lunch on Friday & Saturday, and conference training Programs on Friday, Saturday & Sunday;
  3. Scheduled trainings, presentations, and breakout sessions on Friday, Saturday & Sunday;
  4. Welcome reception in New York's City Hall on Thursday evening; and
  5. All planned social networking/activities (unless marked as "Invitation Only").
