- Fill out the registration form.
- Submit payment through Paypal.

Note: Add a USD 10 processing fee for online registrations.
Full registration includes:
- Optional continental breakfast on Friday & Saturday;
- Boxed lunch on Friday & Saturday, and conference training Programs on Friday, Saturday & Sunday;
- Scheduled trainings, presentations, and breakout sessions on Friday, Saturday & Sunday;
- Welcome reception in New York's City Hall on Thursday evening; and
- All planned social networking/activities (unless marked as "Invitation Only").
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration, you will receive a refund of your registration fee in accordance with the following schedule:

| 1 month prior to MetNet (by June 31, 2008) | 50% of registration fee |
| 2-3 weeks prior to MetNet (July 1 - July 9, 2008) | 25% of registration fee |
| 2 weeks or less prior to MetNet (July 10 - July 31, 2008) | No refund |
PLEASE NOTE: Upon written request, registrants who must cancel their registration because they are unable to obtain a Visa will receive a full refund, regardless of the date in which they cancel their registration (proof of denial of Visa may be required).
